How do I place an order for Delivery, Pick - Up or Shipment?
All orders can be made directly on my site, where you will have the option to have your sauces delivered free of charge (Vail Valley), OR Shipped to you via UPS anywhere in the continental US.

How can I pay for the order?
Payments can be made at Checkout using major credit cards, Shop OR:

Can you ship me my order?

YES! I ship via UPS and I use insulated shipping materials to keep my products cold during shipping. I have a desired minimum order size of 4 jars in whatever variation you would like. Shipping costs will be calculated at Checkout.

How should I store the sauces?

My sauces are all shipped and delivered refrigerated and should be stored in a refrigerator as soon as you receive them. The Chimichurri and Bolognese freeze very well. The Chimichurri and Ranchygrette have a best buy date of 3 months post-preparation. The Caesar has a best buy date of 1 month post-preparation, but once opened, should be eaten within a week. The bolognese lasts for a long time as well, although most people will eat it in one serving.
